Before & After: Vintage TV Bar
My girl Bethany and her husband Dylan have a wonderful love for all things vintage. Their entire house is filled with nostalgic little beauties and retro reading material. I should know, I’ve been housesitting for them the last two weeks!
They recently purchased this INCREDIBLE Silvertone TV and repurposed it into the most badass bar I’ve ever seen.

Gorgeous, right?! Sorry the photo isn’t the greatest, I took it with my phone.
So here’s what they did >> gutted the insides of the TV (which can be a bit tricky and sometimes dangerous) and cut a piece of glass down to fit snug inside, as a shelf. Load it up with your favorite liquors & libations, throw in some christmas lights, and DONE.

Thanks foxy lady. We still have to adjust the lighting, but I’m pretty happy with it.
LOVE IT!! We have a whole collection of vintage TV sets and I keep asking my husband…what are you going to do with those…now i will just show him what he can do.
